the sweet taste of spring
with winter’s bitter chaser.
days of discontent.
empty calories
the ball of fire
that burns hot in the blue sky.
feeding all of us.
king’s domain
the gray and brown birds
hopping on the dead brown twigs.
surveying domains.
infinite deaths
the beginning ends.
yet end always beginning.
snake eating its tail.
fertile or futile
the brown grass is wet.
the dead soil will not drink.
the rain is futile.
