mistaken for an old boat.
a dead tree afloat.

the octopus blooms.
a purple water petal.
bursting full with life.

on a white snow mound
the white rabbit eats brown twigs.
with death all around.

good night moon, i’m tired.
you’re more fun than the warm sun.
but i’m older now.

ice tastes like steel blade.
