but color remains.

hard hearted
grasping at straws
fingers of spindly ghosts.
and empty hearts.
mind fullness
madness tastes like honey
pulled from a bitter vial.
sweeter to my mind.
happy mornings
morning’s elixir
from bitter coffee cherries.
and i feel happy.
