snow falls silently.
i curl up next to warm thoughts.
winter’s woven nest.
earth
warble wobbles
white oblivion.
world frozen at beginning.
the mind a wobble.
in memoriam
the shuddering corpse.
will you please lie down and die.
new leaf turn over.
how now
where did the how go
when why walked up to what?
now answered the call.
dry rivers
the roar of dry boats
across ribbons of asphalt.
churning frothy air.
deadly quiet
white velvet on ground.
the frost hoars at it again.
now dead is winter.
